Canadian Cheerleading championships
APRIL 4-6, 2024 – HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA
Cheer Canada is proud to announce that Cheer Nova Scotia (CNS) will be the host of the inaugural Canadian Cheerleading Championships (CCC) to be held on April 4-6, 2024 in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
The CCC will bring together our All Star and Scholastic Cheer Communities, and will be the International Cheerleading Union (ICU) Pathway for high performance in two streams of competition. The event will feature many teams in over 50 divisions of both Cheer and Performance Cheer. As Canada’s next generation of Cheerleaders, teams selected by their respective PTSOs will travel to the host to represent their home province and compete for a Canadian Cheerleading Championship!

Qualifying:
ICU Stream teams must be provincially represented teams. (example – Team Nova Scotia Junior All Girl Advanced). This can be a club team representing their province or a compilation team. However, the PTSO must approve entry to the event. ICU rules and scoring will be used.
All Star Steam teams must be Club/All Star teams that represent their specific club/program. Cheer Canada Age Grid and all Cheer Canada rules will apply.
Scholastic division teams must represent their school. Cheer Canada scholastic rules will apply.
Entry Fee Structure and Dates:
Canadian Cheer Championships – ICU Stream
Early: $700/team (Until November 10, 2023)
On Time: $800/team (November 11 – January 12, 2024)
Late: $1000/team (After January 12, 2024)
Canadian Cheer Championships – All Star Divisions
Early: $40/athlete (Until November 10, 2023)
On Time: $50/athlete (November 11 – January 12, 2024)
Late: $70/athlete (After January 12, 2024)
Canadian Cheer Championships – Scholastic Divisions
Early: $200/team (BUntil November 10, 2023)
On Time: $300/team (November 11 – January 12, 2024)
Late: $500/team (After January 12, 2024)
Athletes participating in the CCC will be entitled to a $5/athlete discount for Cheer Expo.
COACHES:
Each team is permitted 2 Coaches (no fee)
– Additional Coaches may register at $30/each

$15/5 years and older. (All CCC events)
Kids under 5 are free
Admission is only valid for the Canadian Cheer Championships, separate admission is required for Cheer Expo.
